The platform generates:

• Downloadable certificates
• Timestamped records of creation

These tools are designed to support authorship and ownership claims.

Users retain full ownership of all content uploaded to AI.SONIQ. AI.SONIQ does not claim ownership of any user content.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorised to use the content
• You have the right to register and submit the content

AI.SONIQ is a platform that allows users to upload, protect, and share their own content.

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, including but not limited to audio files, voices, lyrics, prompts, cover art, and associated materials.

By uploading content, users represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and upload such content, including any voice, likeness, identity, or other protected material used.

AI.SONIQ does not verify the ownership, authenticity, or legality of all user-submitted content and shall not be held liable for unauthorized, infringing, unlawful, or misleading content uploaded by users.

AI.SONIQ reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict access to, or take action against any content that is reported or reasonably suspected to violate applicable law or these Terms.

If a person believes that content on the platform infringes their rights or violates applicable law, they may report it through the platform. Upon receiving a valid report, AI.SONIQ may investigate and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or other moderation measures.

AI.SONIQ provides timestamped records and verification tools intended to support proof of authorship and ownership. However:

• AI.SONIQ does not guarantee legal recognition in all jurisdictions
• AI.SONIQ does not replace formal copyright registration
• Legal outcomes may vary depending on applicable laws

The platform provides supporting evidence, not absolute legal protection.

Some information may be displayed publicly through proof pages, including:

• Title
• Artist name
• Timestamp
• Ownership data

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept that selected data may be publicly accessible.

• Attempt to manipulate or falsify proof records
• Interfere with the platform's operation

• Use AI-generated voices without proper rights or permissions

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AI.SONIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform
• Fraudulent activity
• Content reported and confirmed as infringing

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI.SONIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from user-generated content or the use of the platform.

AI.SONIQ provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Legal disputes between users
• Loss of data or content
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Unauthorized, infringing, or misleading content uploaded by users

Use of the platform is at your own risk.
